Well i am female, but i have brothers and im a cosmetologist, and anything redken makes is usually a safe product to go with. and i think you are meaning Maneuver by redkin which is basically a pomade or styling wax. It wont really dry so itll leave the gel or wet look to some degree, but redkin is a really reputable brand, and so is bedhead. its good to use.
Redken makes awesome products. I am female and I love their shampoos and conditioners.
